I must say, I was really looking forward to my visit to Community Healthcare Network for a physical exam and to get my vaccine. The staff was super friendly, which was great, but unfortunately, I left feeling pretty disappointed. I had hoped to come out with both a physical and the shot, but that didn’t happen. It seems like there was a miscommunication with scheduling or something—definitely a real bummer! It would be really helpful if they could improve their scheduling system so that others don’t experience this too.
