I was blown away by the experience at CommuniCare Health Centers. I was really looking forward to getting my routine check-up at CommuniCare Health Centers in Encino Park, but I left feeling pretty frustrated. The staff wasn't as helpful as I hoped when it came to answering questions about my insurance coverage. I’ve been going there every six months to get refills for my blood pressure and asthma medications, but due to insurance issues, I felt like I hit a wall this time. It would be great if they could look into accepting private pay or at least out-of-network patients. Just a suggestion for improvement! 😕
