I have to say, my experience with cataract surgery was a bit mixed. On one hand, I achieved the clearer vision I hoped for, especially when it comes to night driving. But I was quite frustrated by the overall vibe of the staff. It felt like they were more interested in getting the job done than actually taking care of their patients. A little friendliness would go a long way! Also, I think they could reconsider the payment options available. It made an already stressful situation even tougher. If you’re looking for improved vision, it might be worth it, but brace yourself for the service level.

Dr. Jacqueline Co has a solid reputation, but I felt her communication could have been much clearer. At times, I found the staff a bit rude and condescending, which didn't help my nerves at all. When you're considering something as serious as eye surgery, you really want to feel supported and informed. I think they could really improve by offering more detailed care instructions and making sure their patients feel valued. Overall, I left feeling uneasy rather than reassured, which is not what you want during such a critical decision. I hope they can step it up because I really wanted to have a better experience.

Dr. is very thorough and takes his time to ensure everything is just right, which gives me a lot of confidence in my vision care. The atmosphere is welcoming, and they genuinely seem to care about their patients. My only suggestion would be to consider waiving the fee for the prescription itself—sometimes it feels like an extra hurdle. Overall, if you’re looking for reliable eye care, this place is definitely worth checking out!
