I have to say, my experience retrieving my medical records was less than satisfactory. I had anticipated a smoother process, but only one of the three requested forms was ready for me when I arrived. It was quite frustrating, especially considering I was relying on these records for an upcoming appointment. The staff seemed unhelpful, which compounded my frustration. I think some additional training on ensuring records are ready would go a long way to improving this service.
