I’d heard a lot about this clinic before finally deciding to check it out for a routine visit. While the place looked clean and well-organized, the wait time was pretty long, which was disappointing. I understand that it can get busy, but I couldn't help feeling a bit forgotten while sitting there. When I finally saw the healthcare provider, Nancy, she seemed a bit rushed and unfriendly, which made the whole experience feel less personal than I hoped for. I think it would really help if they could work on their wait times and maybe encourage staff to be a bit more approachable. It’s always nice to feel welcome when seeking health services!

Upon entering, I had this mixed feeling of hope and unease. I was really counting on finding a solid place to get some healthcare, but the staff interaction left a bit to be desired. The doctor, thankfully, was super friendly and thorough—he took the time to explain everything I needed to know, which I appreciated. It’s just that the rest of the experience didn't quite match that positivity. The medical assistant's introduction felt more like an afterthought than a warm welcome. It could really do with a sprinkle of kindness. Overall, the care was decent, but I think they should focus a bit more on how they treat their patients right from the get-go. Maybe then I’d feel more inclined to visit again.
