I must say, my experience at Classic Salon Studio in Bedford-Stuyvesant was nothing short of amazing! I went in for sew-ins with leave out, and I left feeling rejuvenated and fabulous. Jodelin and Kadeisha were incredibly welcoming and professional, making the entire process enjoyable. They really took the time to understand what I wanted and delivered exceptional results with high-quality hair. Plus, the ambiance of the salon is so cozy and inviting—definitely a hidden gem in Brooklyn! I'll be coming back whenever I need a refresh.

I’ve been searching for a place that would give me not just a new hairstyle but an enjoyable experience, so I was really looking forward to my appointment at Classic Salon Studio. However, what I got instead left me in tears. The staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, which made me feel entirely ignored during what should have been a relaxing visit. When I voiced my concerns about the style I was going for, it felt like they brushed me off instead of giving me genuine attentiveness. I walked out feeling upset rather than refreshed. If they could take the time to listen and connect with their clients, I think it could turn everything around. As it stands, I won’t be returning anytime soon.

What sets Classic Salon Studio apart for me is the warm atmosphere and the genuine care from Tashauna. I decided to get a silk press, and it was such a good experience! She really took her time, ensuring my hair looked fabulous while also giving me tips on maintaining the style. The cozy vibes of the shop in Bedford-Stuyvesant made me feel right at home. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the whole process enjoyable. If you're in the area and looking for a place that not only does hair right but also promotes a wellness lifestyle, I can't recommend Classic Salon Studio enough!
