I have to say, my visit for blood work was quite disappointing. While I occasionally seek health assessments, the staff's attitude really put a damper on the experience. Grace, the practitioner, was knowledgeable, but the overall interaction felt off. The team seemed a bit impatient and less than polite, which is not what you want when you're there trying to take care of your health. I believe that improving staff professionalism and courtesy could make a huge difference. It's a shame because the facilities are decent, but the service really left me feeling let down.
