There’s something to be said about the professionalism of the staff at the clinic in Frankford. My recent visit for a medical consultation left me with mixed feelings. The atmosphere felt welcoming, and everyone there seemed genuinely dedicated to their patients. However, I found the communication regarding follow-up instructions to be somewhat lacking. After my appointment, I was confused about the next steps and didn’t receive a clear way to reach out with further questions. A little more clarity would make a huge difference. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there’s room for improvement.
