Each time I go in for immunizations, I leave feeling relieved and grateful. The nurse staff are always so friendly and ready to help, making the whole experience much less daunting than I expected. I went in recently to catch up on my immunizations, and not only did they assist me quickly, but they also addressed my dizziness with such care and attention. It was comforting to be surrounded by such a supportive team. If you're looking to stay updated on your shots, I’d definitely recommend stopping by!

I couldn't help but feel frustrated during my recent visit to the City of San Antonio. The appointment-based service I was looking forward to just didn't go as planned. The handling of the appointments felt rather chaotic, and I ended up waiting far longer than I expected. I had hoped for a timely visit, but the staff interactions left much to be desired; they seemed really overwhelmed and unprofessional. While they offer a range of important services, like child nutrition and dental care, the timing and organization could definitely use improvement, especially in the Eastside Promise Neighborhood.
