I have to say, my experience with the WIC appointment line in Houston's South Side left me feeling pretty frustrated. I occasionally rely on this service for my baby’s nutritional needs, but the response time was far from satisfactory. When I finally reached out, the staff seemed unresponsive, which only added to my stress as a new mom trying to make sure my little one has everything they need. I genuinely appreciate the efforts put into supporting families, but I think there's significant room for improvement in their availability and response times. They really need to streamline the process to better serve our community.
