The second I walked into Circle Medical, I was really hopeful about getting my prescriptions sorted out smoothly. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned. My prescription didn’t get called into the pharmacy, and when I tried reaching out for help, the staff were less than helpful. It felt like I was talking to a bot rather than a person who could actually assist. If they could improve their customer service and prioritize real conversations, I think this place could be great. I just wanted my prescriptions handled efficiently, but it turned out to be more of a hassle than I expected.

I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of services offered nearby in Fishtown, especially considering I was looking for help with ADHD. However, my recent experience during a doctor's consultation left me a bit disappointed. The staff seemed unresponsive and it took a while to get any answers to my questions. I really think there's room for improvement in their customer service and billing process. It’s such a shame, because the medical assistance I received during the appointment was solid. I hope they can get this sorted out because it’s a valuable resource I’d like to turn to more often.
