I instantly felt my frustration growing during my visits to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Challah's approach left me feeling dismissed, and it was evident that my concerns about accurate diagnosis and treatment weren't being taken seriously. Instead of getting the help my child desperately needed, it felt like we were just another number on their list. It's disheartening to walk out with unanswered questions, especially when you trust a place that should be all about caring for kids' well-being. I had high hopes, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected.

I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with my recent experience during a pediatric appointment. I was hoping for some solid support regarding special needs, but the service at the arrival desk really fell flat. The developmental pediatrician I saw was knowledgeable, but I think the overall experience could have been so much better with a friendlier staff to welcome and guide us.
