Mr. Roy, my instructor, is not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. To say I’m a regular when it comes to nail services would be a stretch, but when I finally decided to treat myself, I was met with a mix of emotions. Kelsey, my nail tech, was super friendly and really made me feel welcomed. She was polite, helpful, and genuinely good at her craft. However, my experience soured a bit when I interacted with the owner, who didn’t quite match Kelsey’s hospitality. It felt a bit off, especially considering how hard Kelsey was working to create a pleasant atmosphere. The space itself could really use a facelift—some updated furniture would both enhance the experience and make it more inviting. Overall, a decent day at the nail salon, but with a little tweak in customer service and aesthetics, it could be so much better!
