The quality of care seemed to have declined, and I felt there was a noticeable lack of effective communication from my provider, Dr. Pine. I sought help for a chronic issue but was left feeling like my concerns were not fully acknowledged. On top of that, I struggled with the patient portal and mobile app, which made it hard to keep track of my appointments and medical records. There's definitely room for improvement in how they manage communication and technology. I hope they can enhance these aspects for future patients, as a little extra effort could make a big difference in the overall experience.
