I didn’t expect to find such a welcoming environment at Central Austin Dermatology & Aesthetics. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who genuinely seemed to care. I went in for acne treatment and was pleasantly surprised by how well they listened to my concerns. Dr. Cadmus took the time to explain the treatment options and tailored a plan just for me. It felt less like a clinical appointment and more like catching up with a friend who just happened to be a skincare expert! The only reason I didn't give five stars is that the waiting area gets a bit crowded during peak hours. But overall, I'm happy with my experience and can't wait for my next visit in Bryker Woods, where I'm sure I'll continue to see great results!

After an hour, I left without the necessary documentation I needed for my follow-up. While I appreciate the medical expertise, the overall experience was disappointing, particularly the staff's dismissive attitude. I hope they can focus more on giving undivided attention to patients in the future.
