The minute I walked in, Tiffany greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel welcomed. She took the time to listen to my concerns and answered every question I had with so much patience. David was also wonderful, always checking in and ensuring that the residents felt supported and cared for. The staff here are truly a remarkable group of individuals who clearly love their jobs! 😊 What I appreciate the most is the focus on comfort and security. Everyone here feels like family. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing, making the transition to living in a nursing home so much easier than I anticipated.
