I was really hoping for a smooth experience when I went in for treatment of my severe migraines. Let's just say it was a bit of a mixed bag. The actual treatment was fine, but the whole process leading up to it could use some serious improvement. The migraine treatments themselves were decent; I appreciated the individualized care, but why does the wait time differ so much from what’s said online? I wish the staff had been a bit more engaged, though I can't say they were rude—just a bit distant. It’s frustrating when you’re in pain and need that extra touch of compassion. Overall, I think there's great potential here, but they really need to tighten up their processes and maybe give their website a refresh. It could make a world of difference for folks like me looking for quick relief!

I walked in expecting a quick and efficient experience for my pre-employment drug screen in Northeast Dallas, but instead, it turned into a frustrating ordeal. The staff seemed overwhelmed and dismissive, which only added to my frustration. I ended up wasting a significant amount of time just trying to get someone to assist me with the supervised test. I hope they can improve their staff availability in the future because it felt like no one was really there to help.
