The moment I walked into the clinic in South San Jose, I was hit with a mixed bag of feelings. The overall convenience of making an appointment and the variety of services offered is fantastic—definitely a huge plus when you need some medical assistance quickly. However, I found the check-in process a bit impersonal and not very private, which was frustrating. It feels like a small tweak could really enhance the experience! Overall, I’d say it’s a decent place for an urgent care visit, but there’s definitely room for improvement on the interaction side. 😊
