I didn't expect to feel disappointed after visiting Carbon Health in South Philadelphia, especially since I had heard good things about their urgent care services. I went in needing some x-rays, but the process felt more complicated than it should have. The staff was not as friendly as I hoped, and I experienced a bit of rudeness that caught me off guard. It’s a shame because the facilities seemed great, but customer service could definitely use a makeover. I'd recommend they improve support staff functionality so that folks like me can get the help they need without the added stress.

I’ve always loved the idea of convenient healthcare, but my recent experience left me frustrated. I scheduled an appointment online, but when I arrived, it seemed like no one was around to assist me. I even double-checked their business hours, but the lack of support was disappointing. It might be helpful for them to update their website and ensure staff are consistently available when they say they will be.

Dr. Puja Patel took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly assessed my condition. It was so refreshing to have a doctor who genuinely cares and took the time to explain everything. She quickly identified the source of my illness and recommended a treatment plan that made me feel reassured and optimistic about my health. I left feeling much better and grateful for the excellent care I received. If you’re in need of medical treatment, I absolutely recommend this place for their attentive service and friendly atmosphere!
