I walked in feeling hopeful about getting some guidance and support for my mental health. The receptionist was super friendly, which gave me a good first impression. However, my consultation with the doctor was a bit disappointing. While I had some questions about the treatment options and how they worked, I felt like he was more dismissive than engaged. It left me feeling a bit lost and frustrated, especially when it came to understanding the prescription process. I really wish there was better communication on what to expect and how to navigate the different options available. It feels like this could really improve the overall experience for future patients.

While I waited for my appointment in San Antonio, I couldn't help but feel a bit uneasy about the whole process. I was really looking to alleviate some stress and tackle my nagging feelings of anxiety and depression. Dr. Hernandez seemed knowledgeable, but I was disappointed to hear about the cancellation policy—fees that could easily be avoided with a little flexibility, especially given the current climate of mental health services. I understand businesses need to protect themselves, but it can feel like a added weight during an already stressful time. Offering virtual appointments could really help those of us who might be juggling a lot and just need that extra ounce of support. Overall, I appreciated the care, but felt the experience could become much smoother with a few adjustments.
