Every time I visit for waxing, I hope for a seamless experience, and while my waxer, Ms. Leah, is incredibly skilled, my last visit left me feeling a bit frustrated. The technique was on point, and I always leave feeling smooth and polished, but the customer service could use some improvement. There was some confusion about the pricing that wasn’t clarified until I was about to pay, which added unnecessary stress. If they could focus on clearer communication and a bit more warmth in their service, it would elevate the experience from good to great. I’ll keep coming back for my beauty maintenance, but I hope for a smoother interaction next time!
