I have to say, I walked in expecting to melt into relaxation, especially based on the rave reviews. The foot massage was incredible—just the right amount of pressure, and I felt like I was walking on clouds afterward. However, the back rub didn't quite hit the mark for me. The technique felt a bit off and it seemed like they weren’t quite tuned in to adjusting the pressure. The staff was friendly, which was a plus, but I think a little more focus on the back massage could really elevate the experience. I'll definitely return for that foot therapy, but I hope the back rub can get a touch-up too!

I didn’t expect to feel a bit let down during my visit. I was really looking forward to some stress relief with a massage, and while the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, there were some hiccups with the time management. I felt like the session didn't quite add up to what I expected, especially since there was an offer to extend the service, but it wasn’t clearly communicated. It would be great if they could improve on honoring that additional time and being more transparent about service details. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I think there's definitely room for improvement!
