Without question, I had high hopes for my appointment with Dr. Gebrahanious. When I arrived, the facility seemed fine, and I was ready for my consultation. However, the wait time was longer than expected, and I couldn't help but feel disappointed. I understand that emergencies happen, but spending nearly an hour in the waiting room was frustrating. By the time I finally got to see the doctor, I felt like the momentum was lost. The consultation itself was informative, but I left feeling that they could definitely improve the scheduling process. It would be great to have a more streamlined experience in the future.

The moment I reached out to get a prescription sorted out, I was hopeful it would be a breeze. I mean, how hard can it be, right? But after multiple calls and messages about my prescription not hitting the pharmacy, I ended up just feeling frustrated. The staff seemed unresponsive, which was disappointing considering how important timely prescriptions are. If they could up their communication game a bit, it’d make a world of difference. I’m all for supporting local healthcare in Houston, but I left feeling let down this time.

When I first stepped into Campbell Family Practice, I was greeted with a warm atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The staff here is generally good; they are knowledgeable and attentive. Dr. G has a great way of making you feel heard and understood, which is really important when you're dealing with health concerns. I've visited occasionally for my annual check-ups and I've always walked away feeling better about my health. It’s a bit nostalgic for me, as this has been my go-to spot for years. The only downside I’ve noticed is that sometimes the lab work can take a bit longer than expected, and I wouldn’t mind seeing a bit more presence from the radiology techs. Overall, though, my experiences have been positive and I appreciate the comprehensive care they offer.
