The moment I stepped into the spa, I had high hopes for a rejuvenating pedicure experience. While the ambiance was relaxing, my interaction with the staff, particularly during my service with Cindy, felt a bit off. There was a disconnect that made the experience less enjoyable than I had anticipated. On the bright side, the actual pedicure was quite nice, and I left feeling pleased with my nails. However, I do think improving staff interaction would elevate the overall experience. It's a lovely place, and with a few tweaks, it could be exceptional!

I didn’t expect much when I walked into C23 Nails & Spa on the South Side of Chicago, but I had hopes for a relaxing pedicure experience. While the staff was friendly and the atmosphere nice enough, my pedicure was a bit underwhelming. My toes looked decent, but I was disappointed not to receive the full treatment I anticipated, like the hot towel and lotion that usually come with a deluxe service. I felt like I missed out on a chance to really unwind. If you're looking for nice-looking toes, this place delivers, but I hope they can step up their game in offering the complete spa experience next time!

As soon as I walked into C23 Nails & Spa, I felt like I was in for a treat! I decided to go for a French pedicure, hoping to get those uneven smile lines corrected. Let me tell you, Cindy worked her magic! She was incredibly friendly and made the whole experience so enjoyable. My feet looked absolutely fabulous afterward, and the attention to detail was just fantastic. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to pamper themselves. Truly a gem on the South Side!
