The Acne Away Program they offer is truly remarkable. Dr. Nelly was fantastic—her knowledge and warmth made me feel comfortable right from the start. The initial treatment, which included extraction, a mandelic peel, and LED light therapy, was not only effective but surprisingly soothing. I could see a noticeable difference in my skin condition even after just one session. The staff was incredibly friendly, answering all my questions and making sure I felt supported throughout the process. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking to improve their skin. From the moment I arrived, the staff seemed rude and dismissive, making me feel uncomfortable right off the bat. I encountered some issues with the customer service which were not addressed professionally. Instead of feeling pampered and cared for, I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I really wanted to appreciate the services offered, especially the acne treatment that I'd heard so much about, but the overall atmosphere just put me off. They need to seriously step up their game when it comes to professionalism and client relations if they want to survive in such a competitive market. I won’t be returning.
