I couldn't believe my experience here when I was looking for long-term care for my family member after surgery. At first, I thought it would be a nurturing place, but it quickly became apparent that the staffing levels were inadequate, which led to a lot of delays in response times. I’d walk in and find the staff overwhelmed, which made me feel anxious about my loved one's well-being. The care seemed to fall short when it came to managing pain and ensuring medications were administered properly. I often had to flag staff down for basic needs, and that left me feeling frustrated. On top of that, the food quality left much to be desired; it felt more like an afterthought rather than a crucial part of their care. There’s definitely potential here, but significant improvements are needed—better staffing, faster response times, and quality food would make such a difference. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you're after a supportive environment for your family member.
