During my time visiting a local gem in Columbus, I was eager to try their renowned bubble teas and cold-pressed juices. However, I found myself quite frustrated with the lack of customer service. The interactions felt unfriendly, and it seemed like there was a long wait for even the simplest inquiries. For a place that promotes wellness, the experience left me feeling a bit drained. It's a shame because I had high hopes for their wellness cleansing programs too. If they could improve their response time and staff friendliness, I could see this becoming a beloved spot in the community.

I can honestly say I was looking forward to trying the açaí bowl as a healthy snack, but it was a bit of a letdown this time around. The concept is great, and I love the idea of pairing it with fresh fruit and toppings, but I found the quality of the ingredients just didn’t hit the mark. The availability of certain toppings seemed limited, which is always a bummer when you're picturing that perfect bowl. I guess I expected a bit more from the experience, considering how much I’ve enjoyed their bubble teas and cold-pressed juices in the past. I really hope they can work on their ingredient quality because I’d love to be a regular for this sort of wholesome treat.

I didn’t expect my visit to be so long! The bubble tea I ordered was incredibly tasty, bursting with flavor and made from high-quality ingredients. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the wait feel a bit lighter. However, I found myself tapping my foot as I waited longer than I anticipated due to the small team behind the counter. It would have been great to have a few more hands on deck to keep things moving a bit quicker. Overall, I enjoyed my refreshing drink, but I hope to see some improvements in the waiting times on my next visit!
