I can honestly say my experience here was less than stellar. I decided to treat myself to a henna tattoo, thinking it would be a fun addition to my beauty routine. Unfortunately, it was a letdown from start to finish. The staff seemed a bit unprofessional, which really put a damper on the whole vibe. They weren't as knowledgeable as I expected, and I ended up with brows that didn’t quite match what I had hoped for. While the end result was decent, it wasn't what I envisioned. I really think they need to either master their services or stop providing them altogether. Plus, better customer service would go a long way. I occasionally want to pop in for a beauty fix, but I left feeling more frustrated than pampered.
