Considering how important meal satisfaction is, especially for long-term residents, enhancing the menu would really make a difference. Also, cleanliness was hit or miss—there were areas that could have used a better upkeep, and some repairs seemed long overdue. I sincerely hope they take these observations to heart and work on improving the overall experience.
