Once inside Brigham and Women's Hospital, I had a mixed experience during my visit to the Emergency Room. While the initial care I received was fine, I felt a bit disappointed with the interactions, especially from the psychiatry team. It seemed like the staff could have been more engaging and empathetic in their communication. Mental health can be a sensitive subject, and a little kindness goes a long way. I hope they can work on enhancing how they interact, particularly with patients seeking that kind of support. Overall, solid medical services, but there's room for improvement in the way they connect with patients. ❤️

While I was at the emergency room in Boston, I have to admit, I left feeling a bit disappointed. They offer invaluable services like physical therapy and nutritional counseling, and I'd love to see the same level of attention given in the emergency room.
