I wasn’t particularly thrilled with my recent experience at Brident Dental on the South Side of San Antonio. I went in for a root canal expecting a little discomfort but professionalism from the staff. Unfortunately, I found the behavior of both the office staff and the dentist, Jose Enrique Arevalo, to be less than professional. They seemed rushed and dismissive, which made an already nerve-wracking procedure even more stressful for me. It's frustrating when you're there for treatment and you feel like just another number. I really believe that with some improvements in communication and care from the team, this place could be a lot better. It's located conveniently for me, so I hope they can step up their game and create a more welcoming environment next time.
