When I first walked in, I was hopeful. After a series of frustrating dental experiences, I was looking for someone who could actually help. I had terrible pain and thought this visit would finally be the solution. However, my experience turned out to be disappointing. The staff didn’t seem particularly engaged or helpful, and communication was lacking. I left feeling frustrated, especially after being told my extraction would be straightforward, but it was anything but. Dr. Nguyen was nice enough, but I felt rushed and like just another number. I really think they could improve their follow-up procedures because after the extraction, I had so many questions and no one was there to answer them. I hope others have a better experience, but I’m still on the hunt for a dentist who truly understands patient care.
