Bella, my stylist, was not only incredibly friendly but also attentive to my concerns. She suggested a beautiful new hair color that complemented my skin tone perfectly and gave me a chic haircut that framed my face just right. I couldn't believe how much my hair changed just by trusting her expertise! Plus, the ambiance of the salon made the whole experience delightful. Once I walked into the salon, I was eager for a transformation with my hair coloring and styling. The space was inviting, with a cozy ambiance that made me feel relaxed. However, as I went through the process, there seemed to be a disconnect in communication with the staff. I had envisioned a brighter, more vibrant shade, but when I saw the results, it was darker than I'd expected. Don't get me wrong, my hair looked good and healthy, thanks to the Goldwell products they use, but it just wasn’t the exact outcome I had in mind. I really wish there had been clearer discussions on what I wanted, especially since I have long hair that requires a bit more attention. I believe the team would benefit from some training on how to better engage with clients to understand their needs deeply. Eventually, I left feeling a bit disappointed, but I'm willing to give it another try, hoping for better communication next time.
