After trying the post-operative care service, I must say it was a quite comfortable experience overall. The staff was mostly friendly and attentive, especially Paola and Demaris, who made me feel at ease during my recovery after my tummy tuck. However, I did have a couple of interactions with Bibi that could use some improvement; her delivery felt a bit less warm, which was a slight letdown in an otherwise pleasant environment. Still, I appreciate the focus on holistic recovery and would recommend it to anyone looking for post-surgical support!

Without a doubt, my experience was far from what I expected. I had decided to book a massage for post-operative care, hoping it would help with my recovery. I came in with reasonable expectations, but my appointment turned out to be a real disappointment. The service felt rushed, and honestly, the level of professionalism didn’t meet my needs. I was uncomfortable throughout the session, and the interaction with Nurse Bebe left a lot to be desired. I felt like just another number rather than a person needing care. When I mentioned my concerns, the response was dismissive, which only fueled my frustration. Thankfully, I was refunded for the service, but the whole experience soured what should have been a restorative session. I really think they need to improve their communication skills and overall approach to clients, especially those recovering from procedures. It's vital to feel valued and cared for, and unfortunately, that was lacking during my visit.
