I was blown away by how disappointing my recent experience was. I arrived for a massage, super excited to unwind and indulge a bit, only to find that my appointment had been canceled without any notification. I understand things happen, but the lack of communication really threw me off. The staff seemed confused when I inquired about it, which only added to my frustration. I've been looking for a solid place for relaxation, but this just left me feeling even more stressed instead. I really hope they can improve their appointment management going forward because the setup has potential. For now, though, I can't recommend this place.

The moment I stepped into Body Lab Massage, I felt the stress of the day start to melt away. My partner and I decided to treat ourselves to a couples massage, and wow, what an experience! The therapists were incredibly skilled and knew exactly how to target our sore muscles. Each stroke was like magic, leaving us both in total relaxation. It’s rare to find a place that truly understands the importance of a calming atmosphere combined with expert treatments. If you're looking for a perfect escape and some serious stress relief, I’d highly recommend Body Lab Massage. We left feeling rejuvenated and can’t wait to return!

For starters, I think using a pillow or bolster for the knees and ankles would make a world of difference. The sheets felt a bit thin, and a thicker, more colorful one could help create a cozier vibe. I also noticed some noise from the gua sha tools—maybe they could handle them a bit more gently next time? It would be great if sessions could start on time too; I felt like I was already in need of a little stress relief before it even began. And a small suggestion: some wellness snacks instead of chips post-session could complete that healthy vibe! Overall, I found the staff friendly, albeit our interaction was quite limited due to language differences. I think with just a few adjustments, this place in Cedar Park could really shine as my go-to for unwinding! ❤️
