I couldn’t believe how painful the treatment was. I had been looking forward to this, but it turned out to be quite the opposite of what I hoped for. While I appreciate the advanced technology they're using, the discomfort overshadowed any potential benefits I expected. It would be nice if the owner could consider offering refunds for experiences like mine, as a gesture of goodwill to clients facing issues. I might think twice before returning for another session.
