After just a couple of visits in South Tempe, I found myself feeling quite disappointed with my haircut experience. While I was excited about the membership option for regular cuts, the service I received fell short of my expectations. The stylist I had seemed rushed and didn’t quite capture the style I was hoping for. In hindsight, I think there might have been a communication lapse regarding what my membership actually covered. It would really help if they could improve on clarifying these details at the start. I genuinely wanted to find a place to rely on for quality grooming, but it felt more like a hit-or-miss situation. I still hope to see improvements because I see the potential here, but for now, I’ll be cautious about returning.

I must say, I had high hopes for my visit. I was looking forward to a nice haircut and some relaxation with a spa treatment. While Neil did a great job with the haircut, leaving me feeling fresh and well-groomed, the spa experience was a bit of a letdown. I expected to walk out of there feeling completely rejuvenated, but it just didn’t hit the mark for me. The service was professional, and I could tell Neil knew his stuff, but I think they could improve the overall experience, especially considering the prices. If they could up their game on the spa services, I’d definitely return more often.
