One of the best experiences I've had while getting a haircut for my son! Monica was absolutely fantastic—she really knew her stuff and gave him a look that's stylish yet appropriate for his age. The atmosphere at Boardroom Styling Lounge is super welcoming, and you can't beat the friendly service. Plus, the complimentary beverage while you wait is a nice touch! We’ll definitely be making this our go-to spot for haircuts!

It's hard to find a place that gets it right, but Boardroom Styling Lounge definitely does! I popped in for a haircut and was lucky enough to have Paulette work her magic. She not only understood exactly what I wanted, but made sure to add her own flair to the style. The whole vibe of the lounge is super friendly—everyone was welcoming and made me feel right at home. Plus, the complimentary beverage while you wait? Such a nice touch! If you’re looking for quality grooming with a personal touch, this is the place to be.

I have to say, my last experience was quite disappointing. I've been going every two weeks, hoping for that consistent quality haircut I used to receive, but lately, it feels like a roll of the dice. The stylist I had was nice enough, but there seemed to be a lack of communication about what I wanted, and I couldn’t help but feel like they were rushed. I’ve noticed some new faces behind the chair, and it seems like there might be an issue with stylist retention. It's frustrating because I’ve become accustomed to certain standards, and this last cut just didn’t meet them. If they could improve the communication about stylist experience and maybe even take a second look at their cancellation policy, it could really enhance the experience. I keep hoping for the best, but I’m starting to think it might be time for a change.
