Every time I visit this place in Friendswood, I'm reminded of what could be, but I'm often left feeling a bit let down. I opted for a haircut and beard trim, hoping for that fresh look, but it felt rushed. The barber didn’t seem to spend enough time on the details, which was disappointing. I was also expecting the shampoo and conditioning that was advertised as part of the service, but that wasn’t included. It feels like they could really elevate their game if they just took a moment longer on each client.
