I was looking forward to my extraction appointment, hoping to improve my skin’s clarity. Unfortunately, the experience was not what I expected. The staff interaction felt unprofessional, which set a disappointing tone for the service. I noticed that the extraction process was rushed, and it seemed like they weren't as thorough as I had hoped. I occasionally visit for skincare services, but this time left me feeling unsatisfied. It would be great if they could focus on enhancing service quality and maybe offer a little more time for each treatment. I want to believe they can do better!
