I walked in to Blossom Brows Threading Salon feeling hopeful for a great experience, but unfortunately, I left with a severe skin breakout after my facial waxing. I've tried waxing at different places before, and this was my first visit here, so this was a bit of a letdown. The staff seemed friendly, but I really wish the results had matched the positive vibe of the place. I'll probably take a break from waxing for a bit—I just want my skin to clear up! 🌸

I didn’t expect my eyebrow shaping experience to be so frustrating. I was really looking forward to getting my brows done, especially since they were in desperate need of a good grooming. Unfortunately, the new lady who took care of my appointment just didn’t get it right. My eyebrows ended up mismatched and poorly shaped, which left me feeling quite distraught. To make matters worse, her attitude didn’t help; I felt a bit disrespected during the process, which added to my disappointment. I really think they need to take a closer look at staff training, especially with new members. Given how important brow shaping can be, I hope they consider my feedback seriously and perhaps ensure a bit more oversight when it comes to new staff. Honestly, I’d love to come back for their other services, but this experience has left me hesitant.

After just a couple of visits to Blossom Brows for eyebrow threading and tinting, I was really disappointed.
