I didn’t expect my visit to turn out this way. I was really looking forward to a deep tissue massage to unwind after a long week in Manhattan, but unfortunately, it left me feeling more disappointed than relaxed. The therapist seemed rushed and was not as skilled as I had hoped. Also, the shower temperature was all over the place—definitely not the refreshing experience I was envisioning. On top of that, it was frustrating to see that body lotion containers were empty after my treatment. For a spa that promotes relaxation, these little details really stand out. I hope they can improve the training of their staff and ensure everything is stocked properly for the next visitors.

Right from the moment I walked into Bliss Spa, I could tell the staff genuinely wanted to help me unwind. The friendly greeting set a nice tone, and I felt welcomed right away. I booked a body massage and a facial, which were both quite pleasant. The treatments were nice, and I left feeling relaxed, but I couldn't shake the feeling that the facilities could use a bit of an upgrade. It felt a little dated and could definitely benefit from some modern touches—new decor or improved relaxation areas, maybe? I think investing in these aspects would elevate the overall experience. The services themselves are solid, but I hope they take this feedback to heart to make Bliss Spa truly blissful for everyone.
