I walked in super excited for a fresh nail service, but I left feeling more disappointed than glam. 😕 The vibe was nice, and the place looked great, but I really think the nail technician could use some more training. My nails didn't come out as expected; the shaping was off, and the polish wasn't applied smoothly. I tried to communicate what I wanted, but it seemed like we just weren't on the same page. I really hope they can improve the skills of their staff because I’d love to see this place shine. I might give it another try, but I need a little more confidence before I do! 💅
