It’s hard to find the right place for eyelash extensions, especially when you're trying to enhance your look without damaging your natural lashes. I had high hopes walking in, but my experience left me feeling more disappointed than glamorous. The technician seemed a bit inexperienced, which I didn’t expect at all. I got the 3D lash set, hoping for that perfect dramatic effect, but unfortunately, it felt like my natural lashes were taking a hit instead. They looked clumpy and were uncomfortable from the get-go. While I tried to express my concerns, the communication just didn’t flow, and I left feeling like I didn’t get the aesthetic boost I was after. Maybe the right training could help their staff a lot. I didn't want to leave a negative review, but I think improvement is definitely needed if they want to keep customers happy.

Each time I get my eyelash extensions done, I hope for that fabulous fluttery look. Unfortunately, my last visit was a bit of a letdown. While the atmosphere felt relaxing and the staff were super friendly, the quality of the lashes didn’t quite hit the mark this time. They seemed heavier than usual and not as comfortable as I'd hoped. I think a little tweak to use lighter materials would make a huge difference! I really want to love this place because the pampering vibes are on point. Looking forward to a better experience next time!

The artist took her time to assess what would suit my face and my lifestyle, which I really appreciated. I opted for the 1by1 grafting technique. It was fascinating to see how seamlessly they blended with my natural lashes. The result was absolutely stunning! I couldn't believe how awake and bright my eyes looked. Plus, the service felt genuinely pampering, like a mini retreat for myself. I left feeling beautiful and confident—definitely planning to come back for some spa services next time!
