Wendy was great and really knew her stuff, but the experience was marred by the customer service. I felt more like a potential sale than a valued client. There was a lot of pressure to purchase additional services, which completely took away from the relaxation I was seeking. If they could just focus more on honoring packages and treating customers with a bit more respect, it would make such a difference. It’s unfortunate because the massage itself was quite good, but everything surrounding it left me feeling frustrated. Hopefully, they can improve this aspect because there’s definite potential here.
