As I walked into the clinic in Austin, I definitely had high hopes for my medical consultation regarding hormone treatments. The place has a nice vibe, and the staff seemed friendly at first. However, I left feeling a bit frustrated due to a lack of transparency about the fees and treatment options. It would be great if they could provide clearer information regarding membership costs and any additional fees involved. While the Physician Assistant I spoke with was nice, the overall experience left me wanting more clarity. Here's hoping they can improve this part of their service because I think they really have something special in their approach to hormone therapy!
