Bins Massage

I have to say, my visit was nothing short of transformative! I walked in feeling like a pretzel, all twisted up from work and life stress, and by the time I left, I felt like a buttered noodle—totally relaxed and ready to take on the world. Michael, my massage therapist, was an absolute gem. He really took the time to understand my muscle issues and targeted all the right spots. I opted for the combo service, a little bit of table time and some reflexology for my poor, neglected feet; it was bliss! You can tell he’s genuinely passionate about helping people find relief, and it shows in how intentional he is with his technique. I couldn't believe the pain I was feeling melted away like ice on a sunny day. If you’re in need of some self-care or just want to enjoy a few well-deserved moments of zen, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back for more of that sweet, sweet relief!

Once inside, I was really hoping to unwind and find some relief from my stress, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite work out that way. The staff was nice and welcoming, which was a plus, but the massage left me feeling more tense than before. I expected to leave feeling relaxed but just ended up more stressed. I think they might need to adjust their techniques a bit to really deliver that soothing effect. Overall, not the experience I was looking for.

After my visit, I really hoped for some relief from my neck and shoulder pain, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I had opted for a massage to help with stress, but the pressure felt a bit too harsh at times. Instead of feeling relaxed, I left feeling even more tense, which was disappointing. The staff was nice enough, but I felt a little coerced into additional services, which didn’t sit well with me. I think they could really benefit from tuning into what each client actually needs, especially when it comes to pressure. I’d love to give them another shot in the future, but I do hope they can adjust their approach to be more aligned with individual comfort.
