I never expected to feel so disappointed after visiting an ice cream shop, but here we are. It was a bustling day, and I thought it would be the perfect time to treat myself to some gluten-free ice cream—who doesn't love Cherry Garcia, right? However, upon entering, I was met with an unwelcoming atmosphere that just put me off immediately. The staff seemed overwhelmed, which is understandable, but their unfriendliness made it worse. I waited patiently at the counter, excited to order, but the employees barely acknowledged my presence. I noticed other customers being served but felt completely invisible. It felt like I'd walked into a place that simply didn't want to be bothered with my business. After a few minutes of awkward silence and glances exchanged with my fellow patrons, I eventually decided it was best to leave. It’s a shame because I had really hoped to enjoy a sweet treat, especially with a brand that’s known for its fun flavors and vibrant vibe. Maybe if there’s a chance to improve staff politeness and organization, it could really turn things around. Until then, I think I’ll take my ice cream cravings elsewhere.
