I was a bit disappointed with my experience at Bellaire Podiatry. I went in for treatment of an ingrown nail, and while the procedure itself was successful, the atmosphere wasn't what I had hoped for. The doctor was professional and efficient, which I appreciated, but the front desk staff was a little unprofessional. It felt like they were a bit overwhelmed, and it did impact my overall experience. A touch more care in customer service would go a long way. Still, if you're looking for good nail treatment, they do get the job done.

What surprised me was how off the mark my diagnosis turned out to be. After a recent visit for some persistent foot pain, I left feeling even more confused than when I arrived. This experience has made me reconsider where I seek help for my foot issues in Central Northwest. It's frustrating to feel as though I wasted my time and money without receiving the care I was looking for.
