Bellaire Diagnostic Imaging

When I first visited Bellaire Diagnostic Imaging, I had high hopes for my medical consultation. I was looking forward to getting some important tests done, but unfortunately, things didn't go as planned. First off, the communication about my appointment wasn't clear, which left me feeling frustrated. I had to clarify several details about my insurance coverage, and it seemed like the staff was unsure about their own protocols. It felt unprofessional, especially when you’re in need of medical care. I believe that with better training and improved communication, their team could create a more seamless experience for their patients. I really wanted to get the bone densitometry (DEXA) scan done, but the hiccups in scheduling made it a disappointing visit. I hope they can improve these key areas because there’s potential for Bellaire to be a leading choice for diagnostic imaging in our community.

I was hoping for a smooth experience when I visited for an X-ray in Sharpstown. While the facility was clean and well-organized, that’s pretty much where the positives ended for me.
